Fluke hit in NJ Bight even in south wind

Another good fluke report from Captain Ron Santee on the Fishermen from Atlantic Highlands

“Nice day out there once again for the Monday crew.

South wind came up a bit earlier than expected but it didn’t shut down the bite, hard to beleave. Current got fast so we got the lead out to get it done. Few guys with their three including Brett L, Bill V and Joe the plumber (JTP). Some Customers had 2 with nice Sea Bass in the mix also. Several area’s holding fish but you have to work it to catch the keepers.

Captain Ron Santee reported another fine fluke bite on his Fishermen from Atlantic Highlands even after the south wind came on. Heavy sinkers were required, but the fish kept biting. That boat is chartered on Wednesday.
