Vinny D’Anton had been worried when air temperatures dropped into the teens in southwest Florida recently. but spotted sea trout have continued to hit lures as well as before. Vinny got a real surprise this morning as a small cobia jumped on his Mirrolure plug as he waded the flats.
The forecast for NY/NJ Bight is for east winds at only 5-10 knots along with patchy fog.
