by Capt. Ron Santee is happy to report that after a day with nothing positive to report, there was a return to good striper fishing on his Fishermen from Atlantic Highlands. There were bass of all sizes and the all-important bait was in good supply.
The Golden Eagle from Belmar had another day of fishing in good readings which didn’t produce many biters. They are taking Monday and Tuesday off due to weather.
The NY/NJ Bight forecast is for northwest winds at 15-20 knots which diminish to 10-15 in the afternoon.
