Ocean fluking breaks open

The big swell from the storm has dropped out, and ocean fluking has resumed at a high level.

Capt. Ron Santee reported yesterday from his Fishermen out of Atlantic Highlands “The bite was back on today, like it was before the storm!!

Had action from start to finish with many customers landing 4 plus and 3 keepers each. All quality fish from 3-5 plus pounds.

Glenn Klok took the daily pool with a very nice 5 pound 7 ounce “

Today was pretty much the same. John Pataines won the pool with a 6 3/4-pounder.

Kil Song fished on the Miss Montauk this morning and limited with fluke, while the Viking from that port also reported a good fluke trip.
