Capt. Ron didn’t need many words to sum up today’s great striper bite on his Fishermen from Atlantic Highlands in NY/NJ Bight. “Had the crew from Fletcher Creamer out with us today and the fishing did not disapoint!!

Action from the first drift to an awesome 35 minute drift at the end of the day. Couple more keepers in the mix today. High hooks had 5 to 8 fish all on the Rod Rentals!

Several area’s of fish to work so there was no crowding anywhere. Back at it in the AM.

Sailing everyday 7:00am Sharp. First boat out, First boat on the meat. No Reservations, just get here early. Fare is $90, Rod Rentals $20.

See you in the AM, I will have jigs for sale at the dock.”

A small craft advisory is up until late tonight. The forecast is for north winds at 10-15 knots plus gusts to 20 before going east in the afternoon.

Vinny D’Anton has had surf bass reports from Long Island, but not in the recent rough waters of the North Jersey Shore
