by Sunday was a blowout day in NY/NJ Bight, and a small craft advisory is still up tonight. but Monday’s forecast is for a clearing northwest wind of 10-15 knots. Surfcasters may have to deal with discolored waters, but this could be the first day of the real fall migration.
